中医院急诊科人才培养思考

Thoughts on the Personnel Training of Emergency in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

急诊科是体现医院救治急、危重症患者能力的重点科室,中医院急诊科也同样肩负抢救急、危重症的责任,急诊科人才是继承、发扬和创新中医急诊的主力军。近年来,中医在急危重症的临床阵地逐渐沦失,越来越多的中医急诊医师中医临床技能生疏,失去对中医的信心,甚至开始怀疑中医在急、危重症中的作用和地位,严重影响中医急诊学科发展。笔者认为,可以通过多种机制培养中医急诊人才,提高中医临床技能,鼓励创新,促进中医急诊学科发展。

The main function of emergency department is to rescue patients with acute and critical illness. Emergency department in TCM hospital is also responsible for it. Emergency physicians are the main force to inherit,develop and innovate TCM emergency. In recent years,Chinese medicine has gradually lost its clinical position in critical treatment. More and more emergency physicians in TCM hospitals have no clinical skills in TCM. They lose confidence in TCM,and even begin to doubt the role and status of TCM in acute and critical diseases. This phenomenon will seriously affect the development of TCM emergency discipline. In my opinion,we can train emergency personnel in TCM in various ways and promote the development of Chinese medicine emergency discipline,such as training TCM clinical skills and encouraging innovation.
