分组密码故障攻击效率分析方法研究

摘要 分组密码在理论上具有安全性不代表其在实际中具有安全性。故障攻击可以主动获取密码算法信息,因此对分组密码的安全性造成了严重的威胁。评估密码算法在故障注入条件下的安全程度,已是密码领域一条重要的研究方向。我们提出了一种针对分组密码故障攻击的形式化描述方法。通过分析故障攻击的原理和特点,将所有对于分组密码算法展开的故障攻击描述为3步。在此基础上,分析比较不同故障攻击方法的效率,为密码算法安全性评估提供理论支撑。 The theoretical security of block cipher does not mean that it is secure in practice. Fault attack can actively acquire cryptographic algorithm information, which poses a serious threat to the security of block ciphers. Evaluating the security of crypto algorithms under fault injection now becomes an important research direction in cryptography field. A formal description method for block cipher fault attack is proposed. By analyzing the principle and characteristics of the fault attack, all the fault attacks against block cipher algorithm are described as three steps. On this basis, the efficiency of different fault attack methods is analyzed and compared, thus to provide a theoretical support for the security evaluation of cryptographic algorithms.
