摘要 介绍了ZDY2-1000LF型煤矿用双臂探放水钻机给进机构的设计思路、结构组成及特点。对给进机构在极限工况下进行了受力分析与计算,利用有限元软件验证了关键部件的强度。工业性试验表明,给进机构设计合理、运行平稳、性能可靠,满足巷道掘进工作面探放水施工的需要。 The design idea,structure and characteristics of the feeding mechanism of ZDY2-1000LF drilling rig with twin boom for water exploration and drainage were introduced.The force analysis and calculation of the feeding mechanism under extreme working conditions were carried out,and the strength of key components was verified by finite element software.The industrial test shows that the design of the feeding mechanism is reasonable,whose operation is stable and performance is reliable.It can meet the work needs of the construction of the water exploration and drainage for coal mine heading face.
