井下液压支柱路由安全监测系统设计

摘要 针对井下单体液压支柱群的压力数值无法集中收集和处理的问题,设计了路由监测系统。该系统分为终端节点和路由节点。终端节点主要以SH79TF166单片机为主控电路,并利用ZigBee进行无线通信传输。路由节点主要以CC2530控制器作为接收控制单元,利用MCP2515芯片进行CAN总线传输。最后将监测值汇集到本地网关系统。通过现场测试,设计的路由系统能满足对多个液压支柱的数据采集工作,有选择地通过ZigBee无线传输或CAN总线的方式将汇总数据传输到网关节点,实现对多个井下液压支柱的压力数值监控,提高适用性和效率,有效保证井下安全。 In order to solve the problem that the pressure value of the underground single hydraulic prop group cannot be collected and processed centrally,a monitoring system of the routing system was designed.The system was divided into terminal nodes and routing nodes.The terminal node mainly uses SH79TF166 single chip microcomputer as the main control circuit and uses ZigBee for wireless communication transmission.The routing node mainly uses CC2530 controller as the receiving control unit and uses MCP2515 chip for CAN bus transmission.Finally,the monitoring values were collected into the local gateway system.Through the field test,the designed routing system CAN meet the data acquisition work of multiple hydraulic props,selectively transmit the aggregated data to the gateway node through ZigBee wireless transmission or CAN bus,realize the pressure numerical monitoring of multiple underground hydraulic props,improve applicability and efficiency,and effectively ensure underground safety.
