轴肩尺寸对搅拌摩擦焊接头组织与性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用轴肩尺寸对AZ31镁合金搅拌摩擦焊接头进行了搅拌摩擦焊接,并测试和分析了AZ31镁合金搅拌摩擦焊接头的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:随轴肩尺寸从10 mm增加至18 mm, AZ31镁合金搅拌摩擦焊接头试样的接头系数表现为先增大后减小、腐蚀电位先正移后负移的变化趋势,力学性能和耐腐蚀性能先提升后下降;当轴肩尺寸为14 mm时,接头系数为91%,腐蚀电位为-0.859 V,与10 mm轴肩尺寸相比,试样的接头系数增大了15%,腐蚀电位正移了0.079 V。为提高AZ31镁合金搅拌摩擦焊接头的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能,轴肩尺寸优选为14 mm。 Friction stir welding of AZ31 magnesium alloy was carried out by using axle shoulder size.The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of friction stir welded joint of AZ31 magnesium alloy were tested and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of shoulder size from 10 mm to 18 mm,the joint coefficients of friction stir welded AZ31 magnesium alloy joints increase first and then decrease,and the corrosion potential first moves forward and then moves negatively.The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of AZ31 magnesium alloy joints first increase and then decrease.When the shoulder size is 14 mm,the joint coefficient is 91%and the corrosion potential is-0.859 V.Compared with the shoulder size of 10 mm,the joint coefficient of the specimen increases by 15%,and the corrosion potential is positively shifted by 0.079 V.In order to improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of friction stir welding joint of AZ31 magnesium alloy,the optimum size of shoulder is 14 mm.
