Study on Full-automatic Mesh Laying Device for Anchor Drill Rig

研究煤矿巷道掘进过程中的锚护铺网作业流程,创新性地构建了全自动片网铺网装置,与锚杆钻车相配套,实现了铺网的自动化,不仅可大大减轻工人劳动强度,提高铺网效率,而且可增强铺网安全性;同时,从铺网装置的机构运动、油缸参数选型、钢丝绳参数设计等多个方面对全自动片网铺网装置进行设计和研究,为全自动片网铺网装置的后续设计及改进提供有益的帮助。

Research has been done on the work flow of bolting and netting in the coal mine roadheading process,and a fully-automatic mesh spreading device has been innovatively constructed,which is matched with the anchor drill rig and realizes the automation of netting,not only greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers,improving the efficiency of netting,but also enhancing the safety of netting.At the same time,designed and researched the full-automatic mesh paving device from the aspects of mechanism movement,oil cylinder parameter selection,wire rope parameter design and so on,provide beneficial help for the subsequent design and improvement of the full-automatic mesh paving device.
