新型采煤机销联接花键轴结构设计及可行性分析

摘要 煤矿井下工作环境复杂,负载多变。采煤机在井下生产时,当受到过载冲击的时候,载荷瞬间过载,花键轴断开保护牵引传动系统。常用的花键轴是剪切槽式的,断裂后整个换掉,成本较高,拆卸麻烦,更换时间较长,严重影响生产效率。因此设计了新型花键轴,依靠剪切销轴来保护传动系统。通过对新型花键轴受力结构进行力学分析,使用Solid Works软件建立三维模型,且进行CAE分析,对新型花键轴的可行性进行分析,保证花键轴的的适用性和可靠性。 The working environment of coal mine underground is complex and the load is changeable.When the coal mining machine is producing underground,subjected to overload impact,the load is instantaneously overloaded,and the spline shaft is disconnected to protect the traction transmission system.The commonly used spline shaft is shear groove type.After the fracture,it is completely replaced,the cost is higher,the disassembly is troublesome,and the replacement time is longe,which seriously affects the production efficiency.Therefore,the design of a new type of spline shaft depends on the shear pin shaft to protect the transmission system was designed.Through mechanical analysis of the mechanical structure of the new spline shaft,using SolidWorks establishe a three-dimensional model,and carries out CAE analysis,analyzes the feasibility of the new spline shaft,was established use SolidWorks soft ware and guarantees the use and reliability of the spline shaft.
