摘要
设计了车载钻机给进装置的倍程机构,为满足GB 1589-2016对车载钻机质量的要求,采用拓扑优化理论对给进装置的托板进行了拓扑优化和减重设计,根据减重设计后的有限元分析结果,在特定区域焊接加强肋使托板最大等效应力降低了44.72%;基于遗传算法目标优化理论,采用MATLAB-Python-ABAQUS联合仿真和数据交互的方法,获得了给进装置二级桅杆方钢的最优结构参数,并使方钢质量减少了41.24%。
The diploid feeding mechanism of carrier mounted rig was designed. In order to meet the requirement of GB 1589-2016 on carrier mounted rig′ s mass,the support plate was topologically optimized using topology optimization theory and weight reduction designed. The maximum equivalent stress of support plate decreases by 44.72% through welding stiffener in specific area according to the finite element analysis result after weight reduction. And the optimal structure parameters of secondary mast square steel are obtained by co-simulation and data interaction of MATLAB-Python-ABAQUS based on genetic algorithm objective optimization theory,that makes square steel′ s mass decreases by41.24%.
