摘要
由于采煤工况的复杂性,采煤机牵引系统经常出现功率不平衡。对采煤机牵引传动系统和控制系统原理进行了描述,从机、电两方面对故障进行了分析。根据统计的故障产生频次,针对故障原因采取了相应的故障对策,有助于提高采煤机牵引系统的可靠性,也为后续采煤机的设计提供了借鉴。
Due to the complexity of the working condition in the coal mining,power imbalance often occurs in the shearer haulage system.The principle of the haulage drive system and control system was described.Fault was analyzed in mechanical and electricalaspects.According the statistic date about fault frequency,the corresponding measure was taken.It is helpful for improving the reliability of haulage system.The reference significance is provided for the next design work.
