摘要
为了对煤矿井下的各个设备和工作环境参数信息进行实时监控和准确上传,采用基于LoRa技术的射频芯片SX1278设计了终端采集节点和汇聚节点,终端节点采用超低功耗的STM32L151C8T6,汇聚节点采用高性能的STM32F407ZGT6,集成有语音报警功能,提供RS232接口、以太网接口和WiFi接口用来和上位机通信,利用确认机制通信协议保证通信的可靠性。经测试表明,2.5 km以内丢包率极低,多级节点间通信可靠,适应煤矿安全生产需要。
In order to monitor and upload real-time information of equipment and working environment parameters in coal mine,the terminal acquisition node and sink node were designed with SX1278 chip based on LoRa technology.The terminal node adopts STM32L151C8T6 with ultra-low power consumption,and the sink node adopts STM32F407ZGT6 with high performance,which integrates voice alarm function and provides RS232 interface and Ethernet connection and WiFi interface.The communication between port and host computer ensures the reliability of communication by using confirmation mechanism communication protocol.The test results show that the rate of packet loss within 2.5 km is very low,and the communication between multi-level nodes is reliable,which meets the needs of coal mine safety production.
