摘要 利用Solid Edge软件对ZY11000/26/55D液压支架建模,并通过COSMOS软件进行有限元分析。通过仿真结果,及早发现设计中的不足之处,优化液压支架关键部件的结构,提高所设计液压支架的安全性和稳定性,为类似液压支架结构优化提供一定的参考。 The ZY 11000/26/55D hydraulic support was modeled using Solid Edge software and finite element analysis was performed using COSMOS software.Through the simulation results,the shortcomings in the design were discovered,the structure of the key components of the hydraulic support was optimized,and the safety and stability of the hydraulic support were improved,which provides a certain reference for the optimization of the hydraulic support structure.
