摘要
针对立井式单容器摩擦提升系统,建立了提升系统不同作业条件下的力学模型;从摩擦提升防滑机理出发,提出调整平衡配重的新思路、新方法,并运用提升系统动力学分析提升系统在1次提升周期下的功耗,与传统摩擦提升系统进行对比,结果表明该方法具有较高的安全性和经济性。
In view of the vertical shaft type single container friction lifting system,the mechanical model of the lifting system under different operating conditions was set up. Starting from the mechanism of friction lifting and anti skid,a new idea and new method for adjusting the balance weight was put forward, and the power consumption of the lifting system in a lifting period is analyzed by the dynamic analysis of the lifting system dynamics. Compared with the traditional friction lifting system,the results show that the method has high safety and economy.
