摘要
针对某型煤矿用防爆柴油机的进、排气在缸体一侧的结构特点,通过流体力学模型分析及优化,设计了一体式水冷进、排气歧管。对装有优化后一体式水冷进、排气歧管的防爆柴油机进行了台架试验,试验结果满足MT 990-2006《矿用防爆柴油机通用技术条件》的要求,为解决同类问题提供参考。
Aiming at the structural characteristics of the intake and exhaust of an explosion-proof diesel engine used in a coal mine on one side of the cylinder block,an integrated water-cooled intake and exhaust manifold was designed by means of hydrodynamic model analysis and optimization. The bench test of an explosion-proof diesel engine with optimized intake manifold and exhaust manifold was carried out,the test results meet the requirements of MT 990-2006 General Technical Conditions for Mine Explosion-proof Diesel Engines,and provide reference for solving similar problems.
