摘要
防爆比例减压阀可作为掘进机多路阀的先导阀,分析了防爆比例减压阀的基本结构,建立了防爆比例减压阀的仿真模型,通过仿真研究了防爆比例减压阀的稳态及阶跃响应特性,结果表明:防爆比例减压阀静态特性与电磁力及阀芯面积相关,阀芯质量和受控容腔体积是动态特性的主要影响因素,在此基础上,对防爆比例减压阀的设计及使用提出了建议,有助于掘进机液压系统的改进。
The explosion-proof proportional pressure relief valve can be used as the pilot valve of the multi-way valve of the roadheader.The basic structure of explosion-proof proportional pressure reducing valve was carried out,the simulation model of explosion-proof proportional pressure reducing valve were established,the steady-state and step response characteristics of explosion-proof proportional pressure reducing valve were studied,the results show that the static characteristics of the explosionproof proportional pressure relief valve were related to the electromagnetic force and the area of the valve core,the quality of the valve core and the volume of the controlled chamber are the main factors affecting the dynamic characteristics,on this basis,some suggestions on the design and use of explosionproof proportional pressure reducing valve were put forward,which is helpful to the improvement of hydraulic system of roadheader.
