滚轮罐耳可靠性监测系统的分析与设计

摘要 滚轮罐耳的健康运行状态是保障箕斗(罐笼)提升系统健康运行的基础。为监测胶轮变形问题,基于ANSYS Workbench对胶轮进行热传导分析,并提出温度传感器合理安装位置。为监测滚轮罐耳缓冲性能,基于Adams对滚轮罐耳的摆臂进行运动仿真,从中得出缓冲器与底板铰接轴处转动角度与缓冲位移之间的一般关系,并提出角度位移传感器合理安装位置。为滚轮罐耳可靠性监测系统提供了一种设计方法。 The healthy status of the roller cage shoe is the basis for ensuring the healthy operation of the bucket(cage) lifting system. In order to monitor the deformation of the rubber wheel,the heat conduction analysis of the rubber wheel was carried out based on ANSYS Workbench,and the reasonable installation position of the temperature sensor was proposed. In order to monitor the cushioning performance of the roller cage shoe,based on Adams motion simulation of the swing arm of the roller cage shoe,the general relationship between the angle of rotation of the buffer and the hinge axis of the bottom plate and the cushioning displacement was obtained,and the reasonable installation position of the angular displacement sensor was proposed. A design method was provided for the roller cage shoe health monitoring system.
