摘要
为解决乳化油析油析皂的问题,减少平煤矿区阀件堵塞和支架跑冒滴漏的问题,研制了绿色液压支架浓缩液HFAS10-5。基于平煤矿区水质,对比研究了乳化油及绿色液压支架浓缩液产品的应用性能。实验表明,HFAS10-5浓缩液理化性能优于HFAE10-5乳化油,现场使用过程中无析油析皂现象,无堵塞及窜漏液现象,对环境无污染,能够满足平煤集团各矿的使用要求。
In order to solve the problem of emulsion oil extraction soap, reducing valve block and stand leakage in Pingdingshan coal mine area. Developed the green hydraulic support concentrate HFAS10-5. The application performance of emulsified oil and green hydraulic support concentrate was studied based on the water quality of Pingdingshan coal mine area. The experimental results show that the physical and chemical properties of HFAS10-5 concentrate are better than that of HFAE10-5 emulsion oil. There is no oil or soap formation,no blockage or leakage,and no pollution to the environment in the field which reach the application of hydric support liquid among the all coal mine in Pingdingshan mine.
