摘要 介绍了综采工作面纯水液压系统在煤矿开采应用中的独特经济优势,分析研究了该技术在实际应用中存在的关键技术难题。通过采用新材料、特殊表面处理方法及新结构,成功解决了由纯水介质引起的系统元件腐蚀、磨损等关键性问题。综采工作面纯水液压系统从根本上解决了应用乳化液充当传递介质带来的环境友好性差、成本高等一系列问题,充分发挥了纯水的自然特性,节约了生产成本,提高了矿井水的综合利用率,为推动我国煤矿绿色、高效、健康发展提供了有力技术支撑。 Introduced the unique economic advantages of pure water hydraulic system in fully mechanized mining face in coal mining application. Analysed and studied the key technical problems existing in the practical application of this technology. By using new materials,special surface treatment and new structure,the key problems of corrosion and wear of system components caused by pure water medium were successfully solved. The hydraulic system of pure water in fully mechanized mining face fundamentally solves a series of problems such as poor environmental friendliness and high cost brought about by using emulsified fluid as transfer medium,fully exerts the natural characteristics of pure water,saves production costs,improves the comprehensive utilization rate of mine water,and provides strong technical support for promoting the green,efficient and healthy development of coal mines in China.
