Study on the Evaluation of Underground Space in a Downtown Area

本文以亳州市中心城区为依据,综合地质水文、自然条件和现状建设影响,分别对浅层和次浅层的地下空间资源进行评估。对亳州市中心城区的地下空间适建性评估主要采用灰色综合分析法,建立适当的评估模型,通过确立不同影响因素的权重,将地下空间的影响因素进行量化,达到对不同区域空间特色的定义。通过计算可合理开发量、可有效利用量和实际开发量等统计亳州市地下空间的开发资源量。

Based on the urban area of Chenzhou City,this paper evaluates the impact of comprehensive geological hydrology,natural conditions and current situation,and evaluates the underground space resources in shallow and sub-shallow layers. The assessment of the suitability of underground space in the downtown area of Chenzhou mainly adopts the gray comprehensive analysis method,establishes an appropriate evaluation model,and quantifies the influencing factors of the underground space by establishing the weight of different influencing factors to achieve the definition of spatial characteristics of different regions. The development resources of the underground space of Chenzhou City are calculated by calculating the reasonable development amount,the effective utilization amount and the actual development amount.
