电化学氧化法处理吡嘧磺隆废水的研究

摘要 主要探索利用电化学氧化法处理吡嘧磺隆废水的方法,采用以Ti/SnO_2-Sb_2O_5/PbO_2电极为阳极、铁板为阴极,考察了电流密度、电解质、溶液pH值、极板间距等对吡嘧磺隆废水去除效率的影响。结果表明,电化学氧化法能很好地处理吡嘧磺隆废水,当电流密度为50 mA/cm^2、2.4 g/L硫酸钠电解质、pH值为4.5、极板间距1.0 cm,降解300 min时,COD去除率达到94%。 This paper mainly explores the method of treating pyrazosulfuron wastewater by electro-oxidation. By using Ti/SnO2-Sb2O5/PbO2 electrode as anode, and iron plate as cathode, the effects of current density, electrolyte, pH value of solution and plate;spacing on the removal efficiency of pyrazosulfuron wastewater were investigated. The results showed that the electrochemical oxidation process could treat pyrazosulfuron wastewater very well. When the current density was 50 mA/cm^2, 2.4g/L sodium sulfate;electrolyte, pH value was 4.5, and the plate;spacing was 1.0 cm, the COD removal rate;reae;heel 94% afte 300 minutes of degradation.
