绿色金融服务经济高质量发展的机理与路径研究

以金融功能观与绿色发展观为理论基础,以党的十八大以来的新经济发展理念为统领,坚持金融创新及回归本源,辩证地剖析绿色金融与经济高质量发展的作用机理与实践路径,研究发现发展绿色金融是新时代的必然要求,是发展绿色经济的必由之路。构建多层级支撑、多层次机构体系参与和多元化绿色金融产品与服务供给,可以更好地提升绿色金融服务经济高质量发展的水平。

Based on the theory of financial function and green development,guided by the new economic development concept since the 18 th National Congress,this paper insists on financial innovation and return to the source,dialectically analyzes the mechanism and practice path of green finance and high-quality economic development,and finds that the development of green finance is the inevitable requirement of the new era,and is the only way to develop green economy. Building multi-level support,multi-level institutional system participation and diversified supply of green financial products and services can better enhance the level of high-quality development of green financial services economy.
