上海青浦区企业VOCs排放量和减排措施研究

对上海市青浦区重点企业VOCs的排放情况进行了全面的摸排,28家重点企业的VOCs排放量为4 779.88 t/a。这些企业采用了减排措施,只有一家有源头治理技术,其余均采用末端治理技术。末端治理措施对重点企业VOCs减排量为3 461.86 t/a,减排率为63%。总体上说,VOCs末端治理的减排方案成本低、使用广,但末端治理的技术还有待进一步完善。

The amounts of volatile;organic;compounds (VOCs) emissions from the key enterprises in Qingpu District, Shanghai, wen;comprehensively investigated. The;amount of VOCs emissions from the 28 key enterprises was 4 779.88 tons per year. The measures for reducing emissions from the enterprises were applied. The source treatment was applied to only one enterprise, and the terminal treatments were;applied to the;others. The amount of emission reduction by the;terminal treatments was 3,461.86 t/a, and the;rate of emission reduction was 63%. Generally, the terminal treatments for reducing VOCs emission arc;low in cost and more widely used. However, die;techniques of the;terminal treatments should still be;further improved.
