产教融合背景下动画产业学院的运行机制研究 被引量:4

摘要 产业学院是一种新型的办学模式,有利于提升本科、高职院校的技能教育,对提高企业和职工的核心竞争力也有积极意义。产业学院作为一种双向交流,资源共享的平台,能够促进高校与企业的深度合作,是一种创新性的产学研合作模式。文章以动画产业学院为例,对它的运行机制作了探讨,指出人才培养目标单一、管理体制不够灵活、育人功能弱化是当前存在的主要问题。新型产教融合背景下,搭建产业化平台、构建嵌入式课程、提倡市场化运作是保障产业学院顺利运行的有力措施。 The Industrial College is a new school-running model, which is improving the skills education of undergraduate and higher vocational colleges, and also has positive significance for improving the core competitiveness of enterprises and employees. As a two -way exchange and resource sharing platform, the Industrial College can promote the deep cooperation between universities and enterprises. It is an innovative model of cooperation between industry, universities and research institutes. The article takes the animation industry college as an example, and discusses its operation mechanism. It points out the main problem that the single talent training goal, the management system is not flexible enough, and the weakening of the education function. Under the background of new production and education integration, building an industrialization platform, constructing embedded courses, and promoting market-oriented operations are powerful measures to ensure the smooth operation of industrial colleges.
