摘要
针对现有的继电器电路的物理触电通断时产生电弧以及物理触电易磨损继电器动作时间相对较长等问题,文章将介绍一种基于P沟道绝缘栅型场效应管[1]的断电后应急电源的快速自动启动电路,此电路除克服了继电器电路的物理触电带来的问题外,还具有体积小,缩短了断电后电路动作时间,可靠性高等特点。在理论分析的基础上,进行了电路的仿真。实验结果表明,其工作过程和最终效果与理论分析、仿真结果一致,性能稳定较高,效率良好。
In view of the problems such as the arc generated when the physical electric shock of the existing relay circuit is turned on and off, and the relatively long operation time of the physical electric shock easy wear relay, and so on. This paper introduces a fast automatic starting circuit of emergency power supply after power outage based on P channel insulated gate FET. This circuit not only overcomes the problems caused by physical electric shock of relay circuit, but also has small size. The utility model shortens the operation time of the circuit after the power outage and has the characteristics of high reliability. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the circuit is simulated. The experimental results show that the working process and final effect are consistent with the theoretical analysis and simulation results, the performance is stable and the efficiency is good.
