人工智能时代隐私权保护问题研究

自进入21世纪以来,大数据技术的发展与广泛应用,使得人工智能逐渐深入到我们生活的各个方面。人工智能在给人类社会带来历史性变革的同时,也对人类一项极为重要的基本权利——隐私权,带来了前所未有的挑战。以数据和算法为核心的人工智能需要大量数据的支持,在缺乏相关法律的跟进和规范标准之下,人工智能的发展埋藏着巨大的隐私权危机,需要各方作出努力共同应对人工智能时代给人类社会带来的挑战。

While artificial intelligence has brought historic changes to human society, it has also brought unprecedented challenges to a very important basic human right, the right to privacy. Artificial intelligence with data and algorithms as the core needs the support of a large amount of data. In the absence of relevant legal follow-up and regulatory standards, the development of artificial intelligence has a huge privacy crisis. It is necessary for all parties to make joint efforts to deal with the challenges brought to human society by the era of artificial intelligence.
