摘要
注塑机机械手是一个相对比较复杂的机械结构系统。在整个的机械结构系统中,机械手的主臂和副臂固定在悬臂末端上,因而悬臂结构是整个机械手承重、受力的重要部件。文章对悬臂进行静力学分析,通过静力学分析得到了挠度的最大变形量,为机械手结构的设计提供了参考价值。
The manipulator of injection molding machine is a relatively complex mechanical structure system. In the whole mechanical structure system, the main arm and auxiliary arm of the manipulator are fixed on the end of the cantilever, so the cantilever structure is an important part of the load bearing and stress of the whole manipulator. In this paper, the static analysis of the cantilever is carried out, and the maximum deformation of the deflection is obtained through the static analysis, which provides a reference value for the design of the manipulator structure.
