As an important part of the development of transportation industry, semi-trailer has attracted much attention from all walks of life. This paper focuses on the analysis of the types and causes of the cracking of the semi-trailer frame, and puts forward the corresponding measures for optimization design in order to provide the relevant basis for the transportation safety of the semitrailer.
