汽轮发电机组汽流激振故障的分析及处理 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国经济的发展,高参数、大容量机组相继投产,为了提高机组的效率和性能,通常采用提高蒸汽参数的方法,新蒸汽的压力、温度提高,新蒸汽的密度随之提高。文章对汽流激振产生的机理、特征、处理方法等进行了分析和探讨,以便为汽流激振的故障诊断和处理积累理论经验。 With the development of economy in China, high parameters and large capacity units have been put into operation one after another. In order to improve the efficiency and performance of units, the method of increasing steam parameters is usually adopted, the pressure and temperature of new steam are increased, and the density of new steam is increased accordingly. In this paper, the mechanism, characteristics and treatment methods of steam flow excitation are analyzed and discussed in order to accumulate theoretical experience for fault diagnosis and treatment of steam flow excitation.
