摘要
陶瓷增强钢铁基复合材料广泛应用于工业生产中,基体及陶瓷的选择尤为重要。文章分析了选择高铬铸铁及高锰钢作为基体及不同陶瓷颗粒作为增强体的原因。根据钢铁与陶瓷材料之间润湿性差的问题,介绍了改善陶瓷颗粒与钢铁基体的润湿性的方法。
Ceramic reinforced iron and steel matrix composites are widely used in industrial production, and the selection of matrix and ceramics is particularly important. In this paper, the reasons for choosing high chromium cast iron and high manganese steel as matrix and different ceramic particles as reinforcements are analyzed. According to the problem of poor wettability between iron and steel and ceramic materials, the methods to improve the wettability between ceramic particles and iron and steel matrix are introduced.
