随着经济的不断发展,人民的生活水平在不断提高,房地产项目同时也面临着许多机遇与挑战。而人们对于房地产的质量、安全性等方面的更高要求也促使了房地产项目在施工中必须应用更为科学、高效的管理模式,以提升效率和质量。所以建筑工程管理在房地产项目中的运用是十分重要的,文章将浅析建筑工程管理对于处理房地产项目中遇到的各种问题的作用。
With the continuous development of economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, real estate projects are also facing many opportunities and challenges. The higher requirements for the quality and safety of real estate also promote the application of more scientific and efficient management mode in the construction of real estate projects in order to improve efficiency and quality. Therefore, the application of construction project management in real estate projects is very important. This paper will analyze the role of construction project management in dealing with various problems encountered in real estate projects.
