摘要
一个用于项目管理的WBS必须被分解到最佳管理单元才能够使其成为一个有效的管理工具,最小实施单元是WBS的最底层元素,文章依照AP1000核电项目的合同工作包范围,结合各个合同工作包的WBS层级及其施工特点,逐一分析项目分解结构,引入施工工作包的概念,实现对项目进行施工总体管控,保证工程建造目标。
A WBS for project management must be decomposed into an optimal management unit to make it an effective management tool. The minimum implementation unit is the lowest element of WBS. This paper is based on the scope of the contract work package for the AP1000 nuclear power project. Combined with the WBS level of each contract work package and its construction characteristics, the project decomposition structure is analyzed one by one, and the concept of construction work package is introduced to realize the overall construction control of the project and ensure the construction goal of the project.
