摘要
本文探讨的是我国炼钢工艺今后发展的一种思路。文中分析了现行转炉-精炼工艺的不足,提出一种连续式炼钢工艺。该工艺特点是:一个倾斜放置的长条形炼钢炉由四段拼接而成,铁水流入炉内后,在阀门控制下依次流过炉内各段;向流动铁水吹入助剂或气体,先后对铁水进行"三脱"、初炼、精炼和微调;各段产生的熔渣、炉气在各段排出;从炼钢炉尾排出用户需要的钢水。文中对主要设备及其结构,工艺优缺点,工艺可行性等进行了介绍和研讨。
This paper discusses the future development of steelmaking technology in China. This paper analyzes the inadequacy of the current converter-refining process and proposes a continuous steelmaking process. The process is characterized by: a sloping placement of long strip steel furnace. The steelmaking furnace consists of four sections. After the iron water flows into the furnace, under the control of the valve, the iron water flows through the various sections of the furnace in turn. To the flow of iron water blowing into the auxiliary agent or gas, the iron water has been “three off”, steelmaking, refining and fine-tuning. Each section produces slag, furnace gas, and each section is discharged. From the end of the steelmaking furnace to discharge the user's need for steel water. This paper introduces the process design idea, process flow, slope smelting technology, technical characteristics, main equipment and its structure, advantages and disadvantages of the process, and feasibility study. A brief comparison is made with the converter-refining process.
