低压饱和蒸汽发电技术在加热炉中的应用

摘要 介绍了两种目前应用比较成熟的饱和蒸汽发电技术——汽轮机发电技术和螺杆膨胀动力发电技术的工作原理和技术特点,并以某钢厂两座步进梁式加热炉产生的饱和蒸汽利用为例,分别采用这两种饱和蒸汽发电技术制定方案并进行技术经济比较,最终认为蒸汽汽轮机发电技术更加适合在加热炉中应用。 The working principle and technical characteristics of two kinds of saturated steam power generation technology (steam turbine power generation technology and screw expansion power generation technology) are introduced. Taking the utilization of saturated steam generated by two walking beam furnaces in a steel plant as an example, the two saturated steam power generation technologies are adopted to make plans and make technical and economic comparisons.
