摘要
针对多种预处理方式下转炉钢渣出现的不同特性,采用岩相结构分析了解其微观性能。结果表明:热闷钢渣和闷泼钢渣化学成分相近,与风淬钢渣中的氧化亚铁、氧化铁和游离氧化钙含量差异较大,这与预处理方式关系密切。前两者中的硅酸二钙表面光滑且含量相近,而风淬钢渣只有前者的50%,大部分转变成了铁酸钙,其含量为前两者的3倍多。在胶凝性能方面,前两者仍然相近且较高,这与其含有较高的游离氧化钙和硅酸二钙有关,而风淬钢渣则下降较为明显。
In view of the different characteristics of converter slag under various pretreatment methods, the petrographic structure was used to analyze its micro-properties. The results show that the chemical composition of the hot steel slag and the bored steel slag is similar, and the content of iron oxide, iron oxide and free calcium oxide content in the wind quenched steel slag is very different, which is more related to the pretreatment method. The surface of the two calcium silicate in the former two is smooth and the content is the same, while the wind quenched steel slag is only 50%, most of the change is more than 3 times more calcium ferrite than the previous two. In the gelation performance, the former two are still similar and high, which is related to the high free calcium oxide and two calcium silicate, while the wind quenched steel slag is more obvious.
