“仁”的领导德性解读

An Interpretation of the Leadership Virtue of “Benevolence”

“仁”是孔子思想体系的核心内容,体现了平等思想,每个人都可以培养仁的品德,每个人都有成为仁人的可能。除了平等理念,仁还可以解读为领导德性。立足《论语》文本,从有关定义仁的篇章和否定仁的篇章中挖掘其领导德性内涵,通过正反两方面互相印证,才能正确解读仁的领导德性意义,突出其领导德性价值。

"Benevolence" is the core content of the Confucian ideological system, which embodies the idea of equality. Everyone can cultivate the virtue of benevolence, and everyone has the possibility of becoming a benevolent person. In addition to the concept of equality, benevolence can also be interpreted as leadership virtue. Based on the text of The Analects of Confucius, we can dig out the connotation of leadership virtue from the texts of defining and negating benevolence, and verify each other in both positive and negative aspects, so as to interpret the significance of benevolence and highlight its value as leadership virtue.
