摘要
"一带一路"倡议的提出与实施,不仅为我国经济、政治和社会发展带来新的发展机遇,也为中国文化对外传播提供了新的发展机遇。但客观地说,中国文化对外传播综合实力仍然较弱。为此,要通过实施传播主体多元化、传播内容多样化、传播手段多元化、传播方式本土化等一系列措施,促进中国文化在"一带一路"沿线国家和地区的对外传播,从而提升中国国家软实力,树立良好的国家形象。
The proposal and implementation of "the Belt and Road Initiative" not only brings new development opportunities for China′s economic, political and social development, but also provides new opportunities for Chinese cultural international communication. But on the whole, the comprehensive strength of Chinese cultural international communication is still weak. To this end, we need to implement a series of measures such as the pluralism of communication subjects, the diversification of content, the diversity of means of communication, and the localization of communication modes, so as to promote the international communication of Chinese culture in the countries and areas along "the Belt and Road Initiative", enhance China′s national soft power and establish a good national image.
