摘要
目的探讨耳甲畸形的矫治方法。方法对4例耳甲畸形进行分时段矫正,先使用弹性棉球对耳甲畸形进行固定,再使用耳模矫正器对耳郭畸形进行修正矫形。结果 4例耳甲畸形得到满意矫形效果,无压疮产生。结论耳模矫正器联合弹性棉球治疗新生儿耳甲畸形效果理想。
Objective To explore a method for the correction of ear cavity deformity. Methods Four cases of ear malformation were corrected in different time periods. The elastic cotton ball was used to fix the deformity of the ear cavity. Then the ear model was used to correct the orthodontic deformity. Results Satisfactory orthopedic results were obtained in four cases and no pressure ulcers were observed. Conclusions Ear mold aligner and elastic cotton ball is an ideal method for the treatment of neonatal ear nail deformity.
