普萘洛尔在治疗声门下血管瘤中的临床观察

Clinical observation of propranolol for the treatment of subglottic hemangioma

目的观察普萘洛尔在治疗声门下血管瘤(SGH)中的安全性和有效性。方法观察我科2017年10月～2018年5月应用普萘洛尔治疗5例SGH患儿的疗效。5例患儿均以渐进性呼吸困难入住我院早产儿或新生儿内科监护病房,年龄1～3个月。结果口服普萘洛尔经验性治疗SGH,患儿呼吸困难症状很快得到缓解。治疗过程中无明显不良反应。结论应用普萘洛尔治疗SGH方便且安全有效,可有效避免手术风险和围手术期及术后并发症,应当推荐为特殊部位血管瘤的一线治疗方式。

Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of propranolol for the treatment of subglottic hemangioma (SGH). Methods Clinical data of five SGH patients hospitalized due to progressive dyspnea from Oct. 2017 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Results After the application of propranolol, the dyspnea was relieved quickly, and no obvious adverse reactions were observed during the treatment. Conclusions Propranolol was convenient, safe and effective for the treatment of SGH, which can effectively reduce the surgical risk and perioperative and postoperative complications. It should be recommended as a first-line treatment for a particular site hemangioma.
