摘要 强直性脊柱炎是一种主要影响中轴骨骼的慢性炎症性风湿病,与人类白细胞抗原B27密切关联。由于大多数患者发病年龄较年轻,强直性脊柱炎导致的脊柱强直和关节畸形对社会经济学有重要影响。实验动物模型是强直性脊柱炎发病原因、病理机制和干预措施研究的重要载体。本文对自发性、诱导性和基因工程动物模型的研究进展进行了综述,以期为强直性脊柱炎的基础研究、新药开发及临床治疗提供参考和借鉴。 Ankylosing spondylitis is a chronic inflammatory rheumatic disease which mainly affects the axial skeleton and is closely associated with HLA-B27. As most patients are relative young, the ankylosis and deformity of the joints caused by ankylosing spondylitis have an important impact on social-economics. Laboratory animal models serve as an important carrier for the studies of pathogenesis, pathological and pathophysiological mechanisms and intervention of ankylosing spondylitis. In this paper, the research progress in spontaneous, inducible and genetic engineering animal models has been reviewed, in order to provide a reference for the basic research, new drug development and clinical treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.
