摘要
平衡教学和科研的关系是建设"双一流"的关键所在。由于激励机制设计缺陷、一流学科教师的时间与精力稀缺、个体有限理性的局限导致教师的教学和科研关系存在"学术棘轮"效应。教学学术是一流学科教师回归教学科研应然状态的基本要求,也是促进一流学科教师专业发展的战略选择,更是提高高校教育质量的核心路径。实现教学学术需要改革教师激励制度,建立教学与科研相结合的评价体制;完善教学发展中心,提升教师教学学术发展能力;使教学活动指向未知领域,树立教学学术理念。
Balancing teaching and research is the core of building up “double first class”. However, factors such as the flaws of incentive mechanism, the scarcity of time distribution and energy, and the limitations of individual bounded rationality have led to the so-called “academic rachet effect”, the alienation between teaching and their research. Scholarship of Teaching and Learning(SOTL) is the basic requirement for faculty to return to teaching and researching-nexus, a strategic choice to promote the professional development of first-class discipline faculty, and an effective way to improve the quality of education. In order to accomplish SOTL, it is necessary to reform the incentive mechanism by establishing an evaluation system linking teaching and research;second, it is also essential to improve the teaching development center to develop faculty academic ability;third, it needs to shape faculty belief of SOTL and prompt teaching pointing to the unknown fields.
