摘要 采用L9(34)正交试验法优化合成硫代乙醇硬脂酸酯甲基锡控制条件,当巯基乙醇硬脂酸酯与甲基氯化锡水溶液中氯元素的物质的量之比为1.03∶1,反应温度为(55±5)℃、pH值范围为4.0~7.0、反应时间为(40±5) min时,产率能够达到99.47%。合成的硫代乙醇硬脂酸酯甲基锡拥有良好的初期热稳定性,耐候性和润滑性,能够满足PVC型材、管材、CPVC管材、片材、管件等制品的加工要求。 The mercaptoethyl stearate methyltin was synthesized by use of the orthogonal experiments L934 to optimize the controlling factors. When the mole ratio between mercaptoethanol stearate and the chlorine element in the solution of methyl tin chloride is 1.03:1, the temperature is 55±5 ℃, pH range 4.0–7.0, and the reaction time is 40±5 min, the yield rate of the product will reach up to 99.47%. As a result, this synthesized mercaptoethyl stearate methyltin are found to have the advantages of initial thermal stability, weatherability and lubricity and will meet the processing requirement of PVC profiles, tubular goods, CPVC tubes, sheets, pipe fittings, etc.
