急性冷暴露对血脂和血压影响的初步人体试验

Influence of Acute Cold Exposure on Blood Lipids and Blood Pressure: Preliminary Clinical Trail

目的观察急性冷暴露对血脂和血压的影响。方法选取符合入选条件的受试者9例,受试者在25℃环境静处10 min,冷暴露前检测血压、血脂、血管紧张素Ⅱ等指标基线水平,之后冷暴露在18℃环境下静处2 h,冷暴露结束后复查血压、血脂、血管紧张素Ⅱ等指标。结果 2 h 18℃冷暴露,可使总胆固醇(TC)平均升高0.18 mmol/L(3.38%),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)平均升高0.09 mmol/L(2.75%),三酰甘油(TG)平均升高0.04 mmol/L(1.93%);可使收缩压平均升高8.33 mmHg,升高幅度为6.22%;舒张压平均升高4.00 mmHg,升高幅度为4.55%;血管紧张素Ⅱ平均升高51.02 pg/mL,升高幅度为38.87%。结论短期冷暴露可以升高血清胆固醇、血压和血管紧张素Ⅱ水平。

Objective To explore the effects of acute cold exposure on blood lipids and blood pressure.Methods Subjects were exposed to ambient temperature at 25℃for 10 min.The baseline levels of blood pressure,blood lipids,and angiotensinⅡwere measured before cold exposure.After exposure to cold at 18℃for 2 h,the levels of blood pressure,blood lipids,angiotensinⅡand other indicators were detected.Results After exposure to cold at 18℃for 2 h,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and triacylglycerol(TG)were increased averagely by 0.18 mmol/L(3.38%),0.09 mmol/L(2.75%)and 0.04 mmol/L(1.93%),respectively.In addition,the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure were increased by 8.33 mmHg and 4.00 mmHg with the increase rate of 6.22%and 4.55%.The angiotensinⅡlevel was increased by 51.02 pg/mL at the increase rate of 38.87%.Conclusion Short-term cold exposure can raise serum cholesterol,blood pressure and circulating angiotensinⅡlevels.
