大学生就业择业问题已经成为社会最重要的问题之一,大学生在选择就业时会考虑许多因素.从行业平均工资这一因素入手,研究其对于大学生就业选择的影响.对行业工资、就业人数以及毕业人数做聚类分析并探究三者之间的关系.根据聚类结果将工资对大学生就业选择的影响进行一级模糊综合评价,得出行业平均工资对大学生就业选择有较强的影响.最后通过因子分析得出行业平均工资影响强度的具体权重比例,以此来判定行业工资对大学生就业选择的具体影响.

The problem of college students’ employment has become one of the most important issues in society, and college students will consider many factors when choosing employment. This paper starts with the factor of average wage in the industry, and studies its influence on the employment choice of college students. Cluster analysis of industry wages, employment and graduation numbers is made and the relationship among them is explored. According to the clustering results, the first-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the impact of wages on college students’ employment choices is carried out, and it is concluded that the average wages in the industry have a strong impact on college students’ employment choices. Finally, through factor analysis, the specific weight proportion of the influence intensity of industry average wage is obtained to determine the specific impact of industry wage on college students’ employment choices.
