摘要
在高温作业时,工作人员需要穿专用服装以减少高温带来的不适感和避免皮肤损伤.针对高温作业时专用服装的设计,从织物的厚度、密度、比热和热传导率等参数影响皮肤温度的角度,建立了热传导模型、插值拟合模型、遗传算法模型,综合运用了MATLAB、Excel等软件进行求解,得出了温度分布图和不同条件下织物最优厚度,为专用服装的设计提供了参考.
When working at high temperature, staff need to wear special clothes to reduce discomfort caused by high temperature and avoid skin damage. Aiming at the design of special clothing for high temperature operation, heat conduction model, interpolation fitting model and genetic algorithm model are established from the angles of the effects of the thickness, density, specific heat and heat conductivity of fabrics on skin temperature. The software of MATLAB and Excel are used to solve the problem comprehensively. The temperature distribution chart and the optimal thickness of fabrics under different conditions are obtained, which provides a reference for the design of special clothing.
