印刷电路板压接机设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Pressing Machine for Printed Circuit Board

摘要 本文通过对印刷电路板压接机功能、工作原理及流程的分析,结合现有印刷电路板压接装备,设计出一种新型的压接机构.通过压接机装载站和粘结单元的创新设计,解决了传统印刷电路板压接装备存在加工效率低、加工精度和加工质量不稳定等缺点,提高了压接技术水平. Based on the analysis of the function, working principle and process of PCB crimping machine, and combined with the existing PCB crimping equipment, a new type of crimping mechanism is designed. Through the innovative design of loading station and bonding unit of press-bonding machine, the disadvantages of traditional press-bonding equipment of printed circuit board, such as low processing efficiency, unstable processing accuracy and quality, are solved, and the technology level of press-bonding is improved.
