城市生活垃圾与稻壳混合制取垃圾衍生燃料的动力学 被引量:2

摘要 为提高水泥窑协同处置城市生活垃圾的能源化利用率,运用Coats-Redfern方法对城市生活垃圾与稻壳混合制取的垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)进行动力学分析。结果表明:稻壳、城市生活垃圾以及由其混合制取的RDF的燃烧过程可由2~3个1级反应进行描述;城市生活垃圾、稻壳及RDF的活化能都很小,具有较好的着火特性;加入稻壳后RDF的活化能及指前因子略有增大;加入稻壳后RDF的反应速率明显提高,尤其是加入少量稻壳时反应速率常数由5.88增加到40.5和48.8。可以认为水泥窑协同处置城市生活垃圾时,加入少量的稻壳(最大燃烧速率时的稻壳质量分数为20%)可以提高生活垃圾的燃烧速率,从而稳定分解炉内的燃烧。 The combustion dynamic analysis of refuse derived fuel (RDF) made by municipal solid waste and rice hunk by means of Coats-Redfern was investigated for raising the energy utilization rate of the municipal solid waste.Results showed that the combustion process of rice husk,municipal solid waste and RDF could be described by two or three first-order reactions;RDF had a lower ignition temperature than coal because of its low activation energy.After addition of rice husk,activation energy and pre-exponential factor of RDF were improved;the RDF reaction rate was significantly increased with adding rice husk at the same thermodynamic temperature,and the reaction rate constants for the samples added a small amount of rice hunk increased from 5.88 tO40.5 and 48.8.It could be considered that when using the cement kiln to coordinated disposal of municipal solid waste,adding a small amount of rice hunk (20% at maximum reaction rate constants of RDF) could increase the reaction rate of municipal solid waste,and stabilize the combustion in the decomposition furnace.
