考虑附加孔效应的带止裂孔裂纹钢板补强效果

摘要 为进一步提升止裂孔的止裂效果,研究了附加孔及补强钢板组合作用下的钻孔止裂性能。通过建立带裂纹的1/4钻孔止裂模型,对比了不同附加孔角度、附加孔间距对止裂孔边应力分布的影响。在此基础上,分析了在附加孔的基础上粘贴补强钢板的可行性,并进一步研究了不同补强钢板布置形式、不同补强钢板厚度对钻孔止裂效果的影响。研究结果表明,附加孔角度为90°时对钻孔止裂效果的提升作用最明显。随着附加孔间距的降低,止裂孔边应力极值逐渐减小,但会逐渐产生新的应力集中区域。在附加孔的基础上粘贴补强钢板时宜确保补强钢板边缘与止裂孔、附加孔相切,且补强钢板的厚度宜为待补强钢板厚度的一半。 To improve the repairing effect of stop holes,crack-arresting properties retrofitted by both additional holes and bonded steel plates were analyzed.A 1/4 model simulating the cracked steel plate repaired by stop holes was developed,and the effect of the angle and the distance of additional holes on the stress distribution around the edge of the stop hole were analyzed.The feasibility of bonding steel plate strengthening based on additional holes was investigated,and the effect of different arrangement forms and plate thicknesses of bonded steel plate on the effectiveness of stop holes were also considered.Results showed that the optimal angle of additional holes was 90°.With the decrease of the distance of additional holes,the maximum stress around the edge of stop holes decreased gradually.However,the new stress concentration would be induced thereby.The bonded steel plate was suggested to be tangent to the inner side of stop holes and additional holes,and its thickness was recommended to be half of the cracked steel plate.
