摘要
研究了一种气驱选择性催化还原(SCR)系统的工作原理,完成了控制系统的开发,对气驱SCR系统进行了尿素喷射量测试,为发动机台架试验奠定了基础,在发动机标定试验中,完成了软件控制策略开发以及排放试验数据采集与分析,标定试验结果表明:瞬态循环(ETC)和稳态循环(ESC)工况的排放结果满足国V法规要求,具有满足不同NO_x排放要求的工程应用潜力。
Gas drive principle of the Selective Catalytic Redultion(SCR) system is studied in this paper and the development of a control system,and the gas-drive injection quantity of urea SCR system was tested,those lay the foundation for engine bench test. Engine calibration test, the complete software control strategy development and emission test data acquisition and analysis.Calibration test results showed ETC and ESC condition of emission results meet the four requirements,to satisfy different NO_x emission requirements engineering application potential.
