摘要
对某类型共轨喷油器开发过程中的问题进行原理分析,结合模拟仿真计算,从进油端和出油端2个方面研究,提出改进措施,并加以试验验证,通过研究,得到了影响大油量喷油器喷射性能的关键参数,提出了优化设计方案,提高了喷油器总成性能。
Based on the principle analysis of the common rail injector in the development process of a common rail injector, combined with the simulation calculation, two aspects of the oil inlet and the oil outlet are studied, and the improvement measures are put forward and verified by experiments. Through the research, the key parameters affecting the performance of large amount of jet injector, put forward the optimized design scheme, improve the performance of the injector assembly.
