BDS联合作战位置信息服务系统设计与实现

Design and implementation of BDS location information service system for joint operations

针对基于北斗卫星导航系统的指挥控制系统在部队任务改变、配属关系发生调整时,系统无法及时掌握配属部队和友邻部队位置信息和通信信息的问题,设计一套联合作战位置信息服务系统:综合运用地理信息系统、计算机网络技术和数据库技术建立信息服务中心,根据需要为不同级别指挥所提供授权服务;通过信息共享、灵活组网,实现指挥体系扁平化、指挥活动精确化、作战协同实时化。实验结果证明,该系统可大幅度提升联合作战的指挥效益。

Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to obtain the information of location and communication of attachment unit and adjacent units for BDS command and control system when the task of army is changed and the relationship between attachments is adjusted,the paper designed a location information service system for joint operations:the technology of GIS,computer network and database was comprehensively used to establish the information service center for providing authorization services to the command posts at different levels as required;through information sharing and flexible networking,the flattened command system,accurate command activities and real-time cooperative operation were realized.Experimental result showed that the proposed system could enhance the command efficiency of joint operations greatly.
