摘要
为了进一步研究岸基溢油面积的探测方法,提出一种利用卫星主要反射信号接收区域(闪耀区)作为探测单元,对目标区域溢油面积进行探测的方法:通过建立相关功率、反射率与海面特征参数3者之间的映射关系,对卫星所对应的闪耀区内海面相对介电常数进行反演,来判断该闪耀区内是否存在溢油;并通过多颗卫星在一段时间内对应闪耀区的叠加计算来对溢油的面积进行计算。实验结果表明该方法可以有效探测目标海域的溢油分布情况,并对溢油面积进行计算。
In order to further study on the detection method of the oil spill area on the shore base platform,the paper proposed a method that uses the receiving area of satellite main reflecting signals(blazing area)as the detection unit to detect the oil spill area in the target region:the mapping relationship between correlation power,reflectivity and sea surface characteristic parameters was established,and the relative dielectric constants of the sea surface in the blazing region corresponding to the satellites were inversed to judge the oil spill areas;then the oil spill areas were calculated through the superposition calculation of multiple satellites corresponding to the blazing regions in a certain period of time.Experimental result showed that the proposed method could efficiently detect the oil spill and calculate the areas.
